2. Collection and processing of non-personal data

(1) We do not collect any personal data when you simply visit our website. However, each server automatically stores the accesses to web pages. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user’s computer. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. For the purpose of fulfilling its contractual obligations and system security, our web server temporarily records the IP number of the requesting computer, the browser you are using, the operating system you are using, the date and time of access, the web pages you visit, the Uniform Resource Locators (URL) requested on our web pages and the previously visited website (referrer URL). This information is stored anonymously and is not associated with your personal data. It is not possible to draw conclusions about your person or your individual behavior.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data and the log files is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

(2) Computer-related data is stored by us in order to record trends and compile statistics. This stored data is also used for the purposes of identifying and tracking unauthorized attempts to access its server. We create profile information about the use of our own web pages only anonymously and only to improve user guidance and optimize the offer to user interests. No personal surfing profiles or similar are created or processed from this.

(3) The website uses so-called cookies in various places. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. In these purposes also lies our legitimate interest in the processing of personal data according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Most of the cookies we use on this website are so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted after your visit to the website.

The following data can be transmitted in this way: Search terms entered, frequency of page views, use of website functions.

The user data collected in this way is pseudonymized by technical precautions. Therefore, an assignment of the data to the calling user is no longer possible. The data is not stored together with other personal data of the users. When calling up our website, users are informed by an info banner about the use of cookies for analysis purposes and referred to this data protection declaration. In this context, there is also an indication of how the storage of cookies can be prevented in the browser settings.

You can determine whether cookies are set and retrieved yourself through the settings in your browser. You can, for example, completely deactivate the storage of cookies in your browser, limit it to certain websites or configure your browser so that it automatically notifies you as soon as a cookie is to be set and asks you for feedback on this. For the full functionality of our website, however, it is necessary for technical reasons to allow the aforementioned session cookies.

We do not collect or store personal data in cookies in this context. We also do not use any techniques that link information generated by cookies with user data.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

(4) The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. IP addresses are generally deleted no later than seven days after their collection. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.

(5) The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is mandatory for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
